JSC «CHERKASYOBLENERGO» has a New Acting CEO

JSC «CHERKASYOBLENERGO» has a new leader – Roman Bondar has been appointed acting CEO of the company.

The Supervisory Board of JSC «CHERKASYOBLENERGO» adopted the corresponding resolution on August 6, 2026.

Roman Bondar has 23 years of experience in the energy sector. He began his career in May 2003 and has held management positions for over 20 years, rising through the ranks from electrician to acting CEO.

The company’s new head plans to focus on ensuring the stable operation of the region’s power grid, improving service quality, modernizing and automating infrastructure, and reducing operational costs. In particular, one of the current priorities is actively preparing for the upcoming heating season.

«The energy sector is constantly under attack by the enemy, but even under such difficult conditions, we must do everything possible to preserve Ukraine’s Unified Energy System and the trust of our customers», notes Roman Bondar. «There is a lot of work ahead, but I am confident that together with the professional team at JSC «CHERKASYOBLENERGO», we will succeed in accomplishing our tasks and achieving our goals».
